Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for internet transmission and email. Please do not send identity cards, passports, bank account details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

These are not live responses from Drew Tang and do not provide case-specific legal, tax or investment conclusions. Before your first question, you must consent to the use of your question for automated processing and email notifications. Contact details are optional; anonymous questions can also receive general information, but the team cannot proactively contact visitors who have not provided contact details.

Questions and limited temporary session content will be submitted to the website infrastructure’s model service provider to generate automated answers. Optional contact details are not used for model answers; they are sent only with the consultation notification to Drew@sfc8.com via Tencent Enterprise Email. The server retains temporary sessions for approximately 30 minutes only, for continuing Q&A, request deduplication and failed-request retries; no separate consultation database is created. Continuation may not be possible after the session expires, the service restarts or the webpage closes. Successfully delivered notification emails are retained by the company for a reasonably necessary period; clients will not automatically receive a reply email. Please do not submit identity documents, bank accounts, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information in your questions.
